Presentation of the new automatic slicer Silcefil-320 and SprayFil additive spray system
Within the framework of the ANUGA Fair, at Fibosa we will present the new SliceFil-320 automatic slicer. This machinery with a dynamic weighing system, compact dimensions, high performance and unprecedented versatility, is specially designed to meet the needs of medium cheese production industries, marking a milestone in the sector for its efficiency and ease of use.
Another novelty associated with the slicer is the SprayFil system. The system sprays the additives directly into each slice during cutting. Additives such as non-stick agents can be applied (replacing interleaver sheets) as well as preservatives, flavorings or other additives.
